Service Requests
In our managed hosting products a number of service requests per month are included. Each service request is handled in a ticket by Proteon's Support desk. These tickets can be used to report issues or request actions.
Proteon has developed standard procedures for actions that need to be done on a regular basis. Service requests can be used to request such an action. The following requests can be entered as a service request:
- Provide a test VPS
- A copy of the web application from the Production server to the Test server.
- A deployment of the web application to the Acceptance server
- A deployment of the web application to the Production server
- Register a domain.
- Change or renew a domain
- Request a SSL certificate
- Change or renew SSL certificate
- Provide a status report of your website
- Scale up
- And many more...
